The City Council of Medina, Minnesota met in special session on November 6, 2013 at
6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Chambers. Mayor Weir presided.
I. ROLL CALL
Members present: Martinson, Martin, Anderson, Pederson and Weir.
Members absent: None.
Also present: City Administrator Scott Johnson.
II. CLOSED SESSION: ON -GOING LITIGATION
The meeting adjourned to closed session at 6:02 p.m. to discuss on -going litigation.
The meeting reconvened to open session at 7:15 p.m.
III. ADJOURN
Acting Mayor Weir adjourned the meeting at 7:1 S p.m.
