I. Announcements
We have not heard of any candidates tV fill the two committee vacancies asyet.
Ii. Discussion
1. David will be the acting scribe for the July meeting.
2. TheBkahet noVrn cameras will be replaced and an additional camera will be
located at the front of the room. This will be completed in June.
3. Corncagt negotiations are still ongoing with bCCC.
4. Any organization, such aa the 4 m of July committee, needs to submit 8
request to get an event televised. They should not assume that town person
will initiate the process to have the event televised.
5. Marianne will be available for consultation to assist in developing the Cable
Ascertainment Questionnaire
Ill. Action Items
We will discuss the various events which, we feel, should be televised on local access
television. An example is the Arts exhibit ongoing at the Council on Aging.
