AUTHORIZING BIDS - MISCELLANEOUS BASE REPAIR PROGRAM
WHEREAS , there is a need in the Borough of Carteret to prepare various
roadways for Middlesex County paving; and
WHEREAS, as required under the agreement with the County, the Borough is to
provide base repairs and prepare the roadway for resurfacing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids
for said project.
Adopted this 16th day of August, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the original
on August 17, 2001
