RESOLUTION NO. 92 -3199
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY DENYING ZONE VARIANCE 92 -1155 TO ALLOW THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A TWO -STORY DWELLING WITH A SIDE
YARD SETBACK OF FIVE (5) FEET RATHER THAN THE REQUIRED
10 FEET FOR THE FIRST FLOOR AND A SECOND STORY SETBACK
OF 9 FEET RATHER THAN THE REQUIRED 15 FEET AND TO
ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) TWO -CAR GARAGES
WITH AN EXTERIOR DIMENSION AS OPPOSED TO AN INTERIOR
DIMENSION OF 20 FEET AND TO MAINTAIN AN 8 FOOT 3 INCH
WIDE 125 FOOT LONG DRIVEWAY AT 6012 CAMELLIA AVENUE IN
THE R -2 ZONE. (WANG)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Based upon testimony received at a noticed public hearing before the City Council
and information contained in the Planning Commission minutes and staff report, the City Council hereby
denies Zone Variance 92 -1155 for the reasons contained in Planning Commission Resolution 92- 1681PC.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and
enter it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on December 1, 1992.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution No. 92 -3199, was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of December, 1992, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmember - Breazeal, Budds, Manning, Wilson, McGowan
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
