Subject: CTTAC Meeting Minutes,May 26,2009
1. The CTTAC met on Tuesday,May 26,2009 at 7 p.m.in the Skaket Room,Town Hall.Present were
members John Hodgkinson,Marianne Paskowski,John Trautwein,George Walsh and David Dolbec.
2. CTTAC members unanimously approved minutes from the April 21,2009 meeting.
3. CTTAC recording secretary Marianne Paskowski informed the committee that she was resigning June
30,2009,the end of her term.
4. Chairman John Hodgkinson updated the committee that the Town Administrator had approved the
purchase of new AN equipment for Town Hall for the sum of$6,875.
5. Chairman John Hodgkinson also updated the latest progress of the Lower Cape Consortium's last two
meetings with Comcast staffers.
6. The committee voted unanimously to move its regular meeting from the third to fourth Tuesday of
each month,effective June 23,2009.
7. The committee adjourned at 8:03 p.m.
