Claire explained t hat our v ot e is for s ignificance and that f urt her input reques ted
from public to determine, irres pect iv e of s ignific anc e, if t he s truc ture is preferably
preserved.
Mic haely n s uggested that relief f rom z oning requirement s are available wit h
preservation of ex ist ing s truct ure and off ered to prov ide let ters of s upport if
preservation of s truc ture is an opt ion.
Mik e motioned that we des ignate the s truc ture at 7 Walcott Street is s ignificant and
therefore requires a public hearing t o determine if it would be preferably
preserved.
