SUBJECT: Minutes of CTTAC April 21,2009 Meeting —
1. The regular monthly meeting of the CTTAC was convened on Tuesday, April 21,
2009 at 7:01 PM in the Skaket Room of Town Hall. Present were members David
Dolbec,John Hodgkinson and George Walsh.
2. Minutes of the February 24, 2009 CTTAC meeting were approved unanimously.
3. Mr. Hodgkinson informed the Committee that the proposed FY20 10 budget for
Media Operations was approved by the Board of Selectmen as part of the overall
FY20 10 budget submission by the Town Administrator.
4. Mr. Hodgkinson updated the Committee on the results of two recent meetings of
the Lower Cape Cable Consortium (April 10th and 17th). The latter LCCC
meeting involved discussions with Comcast representative Mary O'Keeffe
regarding proposed Public/Educational/Government Access operations for the
five towns. A follow-up meeting with Ms. O'Keeffe was scheduled for May 8 th
