Subject: Re: FW: Follow up attempt to inspect this record and Fwd: GS #1894 (disposition record of hard
drive)
Joanne,
We are evidently not getting anywhere with regard to my inspection of the metadata and
electronic information records associated with Officer Ginsberg's 10/28/11 incident
report. For the time being, I would ask that you respond to the record requests below
without regard to whether or not the requested records may or may not contain
information with regard to Officer Ginsberg's 10/28/11 incident report:
I wish to inspect the original electronic record preserved on the hard drive of any
Gulf Stream computer used by Officer Ginsberg between the dates of August 29,
2011 to June 21, 2012.
NOTE: I am NOT asking to inspect a "copy" of this hard drive, or asking to have a copy
transferred to our hard drive. And since the Town admits to having the original hard
drive and computer used by Officer Ginsberg to write his 10/28/11 incident report,
The serial number of the computer used by Police Officer Ginsberg to create
incident reports during the period of time from August 29, 2011 to June 21, 2012.
Please note, the serial number may be found on any of the following public records:
1. the documents that accompanied the purchase of this computer,
2. the warranty information for this computer,
3. the inventory record of public property for this computer
4. the manufacturer's identification label affixed to this computer
Please let me know what conditions you wish to place on that inspection subject to the
requirements of Sec 119 FS.
Your earliest response will be most appreciated.
Regards,
Louis Roeder
