1. The CTTAC met January 27,2009 at Town Hall,7 p.m. Present were John Hodgkinson,Dave ;
Dolbec,John Trautwein,Marianne Paskowski and board of selectman liaison Mark Carron. co
2. The minutes from the December 16,2008 meeting were approved.
3. There was some discussion about airing events held at the Orleans Council of Aging.
4. Also,Chairman Hodgkinson reported 2007 funding from Comcast to the town of Orleans was$98,
252.He stated that the proposed budget for fiscal year 2010 for media operations would be 7 percent
under last year.
5. The committee voted to change the present 6 p.m.meeting time to 7 p.m.
6. The meeting concluded at 7:45 p.m. The next meeting will be at Town Hall,2/24/09.
