property owner, on behalf of Amber Miller, applicant, for a Conditional Use Permit for an online retail
package liquor and convenience store (delivery only) in a C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zoning District.
The property is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of East McCarty Street and Jackson
Street is described as part of Inlots No. 494 and 495, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
