CITY OF BEL AlRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. ~S/
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR SALARIES OF
CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF BEL AlRE,
KANSAS; PROVIDING FOR THE METHOD OF PAYMENT THEREOF; AND
REPEALING ORDINANCES NUt-lEER 43, 107, 129, 153, 161, 180,
196, 221, 239, SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 49 ALL OTHER
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AlRE,
KANSAS:
SECTION 1. SALARIES ESTABLISHED:
There is hereby established and provided the follOWing
salaries for the following designated officers and employees of
the City of Bel Aire, Kansas, to-wit:
Municipal Judge.
. .$175.00 per session of court
City Prosecutor
.$175.00 per prosecutor per
session of court
Chief of Police . . . . . . . $18,000 per year
SECTION 2. METHOD OF PAYMENT:
The foregoing salaries shall be effective January 1, 1995,
and may be paid in bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or annuB,l
payments in proper pr'oport ione.te amounts ae may be deemed
advisable by the City of Bel Aire, Kansas.
SECTION 3. REPEAL:
Ordinances Number 43, 107, 129, 153, 161, 180, 196, 221,
239, and Section 4 of Ordinance Number 49 are hereby repealed.
All other ordinances or parts of other ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed. However, any section of an existing
Ordinance not in conflict herewith is not repealed and remains in
full force and effect.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVB: DATE:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the Official City Newspaper.
