Council Member Don Bailey, Council Member Bonnie Bertram, Council Member Mike
Kraemer, Council Member Bill Robertson, and Council Member Laura Scott
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PUBLIC COMMENT
At this time, the Mayor will call for any comments from the public on any subject
whether or not it is on the agenda for any item(s) the public may wish to bring forward
and discuss. Preference will be given to those who must travel. Please limit comments
to three (3) minutes. The City Council does not take any action or make any
decisions during public comment. To request Council action during the Business
portion of a Council meeting, contact the City Manager at least one week in advance of
a meeting.
CONSENT AGENDA
All matters, which are listed within the consent section of the agenda, have been
distributed to each member of the McCall City Council for reading and study. Items
listed are considered routine by the Council and will be enacted with one motion unless
a Council Member specifically requests it to be removed from the Consent Agenda to be
considered separately. Staff recommends approval of the following items:
• Payment Approval List for Warrant Register printed on January 6, 2006
• Payroll Reports for Pay Period Ending December 30, 2005
• AB 06-12 Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) application for a
deicer/flusher truck for dust abatement and Resolution 06-03
• AB 06-13 Transportation Enhancement application for the completion of a
multiuse path along the East West Loop and Resolution 06-02
• AB 06-14 Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation Waterways
Improvement Fund grant application for a boating ambassador
program
• AB 06-16 Library Board of Trustees Appointment: Ed Hershberger
