HomeMy Public PortalAbout22 Zoning AdministratorTOWN OF TRUCKEE California ORDINANCE NO. 93-22 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE ASSIGNING THE DESIGNATION OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR The Town Council of the Town of Truckee does Ordain as follows: WHEREAS, the Town of Truckee will no longer engage Nevada County to provide Zoning Administrator services after June 30, 1993, and WHEREAS, the functions of and the need for a Zoning Administrator are provided for in the County of Nevada Land Use and Development Code currently used by the Town of Truckee. 3 NOW, THEREFORE, The Town Council of the Town of Truckee does ordain as follows: rescinded. Section 4 of Ordinance No. 93-10 Appointment of Zoning Administrator is hereby 2. The Zoning Administrator shall be that person designated by the Town Manager as the Community Development Director (or his/her designee) under the authority granted to the Town Manager by Ordinance 93-9 Section 6(c). 3. Until the effective date of this ordinance, any applications that would typically be heard by the Zoning Administrator shall be presented to the Town Planning Agency for resolution. Ordinance 93-22 Page 2 The foregoing Ordinance was introduced for first reading at a Regular meeting of the Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 8th day of July, 1993, by Council Member Drake who moved its introduction, which motion being duly seconded by Council Member Aguera was upon roll call carried and the Ordinance introduced by the following vote: AYES: Council Members: Aguem, Botto, Cross, Drake, and Mayor Eagan NOES: None ABSENT: None Kathleen Eagan, Mayor Attest: /s/ Donald R. Haile Donald R.Halle, Town Clerk The foregoing Ordinance, having been introduced for first reading at a Special Meeting of the Council of the Town of Truckee, held on the 8th day of July, 1993, by and coming for final consideration at the Regular Meeting of the Town Council held on the 5th day of August, 1993 by Council Member Drake who moved its final adoption which motion being duly seconded by Council Member Botto was upon roll call carried and the Ordinance finally adopted by the following vote: AYES: Council Members: Aguera, Botto.
