22nd annual Mayors Labor Day Proclamation Signing Breakfast

Mayors and County officials can show their community's support for working families and recognize the
tremendous contributions union members make to our economy and nation
by signing Proclamations designating
Monday, September 7, 2009 as Labor Day.
Enclosed is a copy of the Proclamation Illowa is seeking your support for.
Illowa's annual Mayors Labor Day Proclamation Signing Breakfast ceremony is scheduled for Thursday,
September 3, 2009. Mayors and County Executives will have an opportunity to sign an enlarged
Labor Day Proclamation and if they wish provide a brief update on economic development projects and
events occurring in their communities.
Please respond regarding your attendance by Friday, August 28, 2009 by telephone to the Illowa
Construction Labor and Management Council at (309) 736-3460 or by email to

If you or a representative cannot attend the signing breakfast we hope your community will approve the
enclosed Labor Day Proclamation and return it to Illowa at 2112 53`d Street, Moline, Illinois, 61265 or by
fax to 309-736-3464.
