CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the July 5, 2022 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:46 P.M. to
review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Deeken, Hensley (via WebEx), Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Spencer, Spicer, and
Ward
Absent: Fitzwater and Wiseman
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Spencer will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Britt Smith, Public Works Operations Director, will be recognized as recently elected
President of the National Society of Professional Engineers.
- Mayor Tergin will recognize the passage of HB1606 pertaining to Heritage Clause.
ARPA Funds Discussion
- The discussion will kick off with those signed up to speak for the Salvation Army.
- Councilmember Hensley will continue the ARPA funds discussion.
Consent Agenda
- There were no questions at this time.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their introduced bills.
Councilmember Fitzwater arrived to the meeting at 5:48 P.M.
Councilmember Wiseman arrived to the meeting at 5:50 P.M.

- City Staff presented their resolutions.
