The Mayor added that the City of Delray Beach and West Palm Beach have joined Wellington's suite as intervenors. Town Clerk Taylor stated that she had spoken to the attorney re- presenting Wellington in the suite. The attorney advised that the Wellington Council voted to invite any and all municipalities to intervene in their action. They further voted that there would be no monetary assessment associated with this except if the municipalities were so inclined. Commissioner Orthwein moved and Commissioner Lynch seconded to authorize Attorney Randolph to file the necessary papers for intervention based on the information provided by Wellington's Attorney that provisions for the losing party to reimburse attorney's fees are not present for this type of action, and the Village of Wellington's word that no monetary assessment would be made except the intervenors would be responsible for their own Town Attorneys fees.
