Attached for your files is a copy of IDWR's letter to me dated April 24t~, giving us an
extension until October 24, 2001. I have received instructions from my client to continue to
progress this matter along the lines that you and I have been discussing. However, I am tied up
with a trial until the middle of May, so I will not be able to give much thought to the matter until
that trial is over. I will, however, contact you after the middle of May so that we can get the ball
rolling again.

Dear Brian:
Your letter of March 16 requested more time for the above referenced transfer
application. The request is approved for an additional six months. The extension will
expire October 24, 2001.
Please note the new transfer number for Mr. Scott's application. The new number results
from a database change in department records. No other change to the application has
occurred.
