RESOLUTION NO. 93 -3244
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMENDING THE PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993 -94.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. General Provisions
A. As listed in Table I, the schedule of classifications, pay ranges and steps constitutes the
compensation plan applicable to all full time employees. This compensation plan was
adopted on June 16, 1992 for Fiscal Year 1992 -93 and was amended January 28, 1993 to
reorganize two classifications into one new classification.
B. As listed in Table II, the schedule of classifications, pay ranges and steps constitutes the
compensation plan applicable to all part time employees. This compensation plan was
adopted on June 16, 1992 for Fiscal Year 1992 -93.
SECTION 2. Merit System
Merit increases for all full time employees will be suspended for the 1993 calendar year and
reconsidered in January 1994 for the 1994 calendar year. Step increases for all part time will be
suspended for the 1993 -94 Fiscal Year and reconsidered in January 1994 for the 1994 -95 Fiscal Year.

SECTION 3. Employee Benefits
All employee benefits will remain consistent with Council actions in Fiscal Year 1992 -93 and
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
