BE It RESOLVED, by the bo rd of trustees of the village of LIcCa11
in this meeting ;Lssembled, that John R Berry Chairman and :. H Meyers
Clerk be -authorized and empowered to sign in the name of Village of

the Village of ::eC..11 in putting pipe lines under the tracks of the union
