Resignation of P C Reams as Trustee read by the Clerk.
Motion by Bothwell that the Board accept the resignation of
Trustee Reams be accepted. Motion seconded by Arnold ---Motion carried.
Lotion made by Bothwell that the following bills be allowed,
McCall Light and Power Co light service and one light T 22.50
Motion Carried.
Motion made by Arnold that the Board appoint Chas Carlborg to
fill the vacancy of one Trustee. Seconded by Bothwell.
Motion Carried.
Motion by Bothwell that meeting be adjourned subject to call of the
chair. Seconded by _lrnold. M0TI0I
