MOTION made by Bothwell and seconded by Arnold that the
satisfaction of Mortage be recorded.
Charles F Carlborg being present took the oath of office
as Trustee.
MOTION made by Bothwell that we accept resignation of Lucan and
McAdams as Attorney for the Village of McCall cancel contract and pay
up in full, Seconded by .rrnold---Motion Carried.
MOTION by Bothwell Clerk to write Idahc -Landware and Plumbing
Co that we will take care of this account of theirs and make levy
a.t next approperation Seconded by <rnold
Motion Carried
MOTION by 3othwell to adjourn Motion carried.
