Resolutuon for request of OSL Ry to open stacross right of way.
RESOLUTION
Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall
Valley County Idaho, That the Board. of Trustees of the Village of McCall
request the Oregon Short mine Ry to open First Street in Lakeport
addition to the Village of McCall, and that the Chairman and Clerk are
instructed to Sign a petition for such opening.
Motion trade by Arnold that the above resolution be accepted
seconded by Carlborg, A vote of Aye and Nay was taken with the results
as follows -
