l~iotion by Carlborg to suspend rules and pass
100 LEAVES
Ordinance number 36 by reading the ordinance 3 times, a vote was
taken with the results as follows
Carlborg voted AYE
Geelan voted A

Motion by Geelan that ordinance number 36 be adopted
and passed at~ this meeting. seconded. by Carlborg.

--- RESOLUTION---

R`~ IT RESOLVED By the Board of Trustees of the Village of McCall at
this meeting assembled this 4th day of April 1919, that we do Permit
Peterson and Carlborg to install a Gasoline Storage tank of the Ground
covered by the Union Pacific System Lease number 5461 which lease
is in possession of the firm of Peterson and Carlborg, providing that
they comply with the State mire and Insurance Laws of the State of
Idaho.
