AN SPECIAL ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE
CITY OF RICHMOND TO RECEIVE A DONATION
WHEREAS, the City of Richmond, Indiana, has the option of accepting or rejecting donations for a specific purpose; and
WHEREAS, the acceptance of a donation for a specific purpose constitutes the appropriation of such contributions for the intended purpose; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the City is authorized to receive contributions to be used to pay the costs of a Visioning
Breakfast to be held on November 6, 2001, and that said contributions will be used to cover the costs thereof
Passed and adopted this 5th day of November, 2001, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
