Oral ce-No 4S. providing for the vacating a certain portion
of fit street n the village of Mc all Valley County State of Idaho
and Directingthe Chairman of the Board' of irustees of Said Village to make
execute and deliver a deed to that portion of Fir Street so vacated, was
introduced and considered. thereupon it was moved by Hoff and seconded by
';'illiams that the rules re uiring the reading of ordinances on three
different days be dispensed with, and that ordinance No 43 be read twice
by title and the third time in full and placed upon its final passage.
Upon roll call the 11066 Vete upon the motion was A s Mates Hoff Meal'
Williams total 4 Nays none., Estell being absent and not voting, and so
the motion was carried.
Whereupon Ordinance No 43 was read the first and second time
by title and the third time in full and placed ,l upon its passage.

Nays none Este11 absent and not voting and so Ordinance No 43 providing
for the vacating a certain portion of Fir Street in the Village of McCall
Valley County State of Idaho and directing the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees of said Village to make execute and deliver a.deed to that
portion of Fir street so vacated was passed, The title was read and appr-
roved, and the ordinance number CI was ordered published according to law.
Motion by Hoff and seconded by Williams that the Water dommittee
purchase pipe to extend water works main Motion carried.
Motion by Hoff and seconded by 'Williams that the Board approve
the Davis Beach Plat. Motion Carried.
Motion by Hoff and seconded by Williams that the meeting be
adjourned, subject to call of Chairs.
