THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 17, 2006 AT NOON, IN THE
COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF THE TOWN HALL, 100 SEA ROAD, GULF STREAM,
FLORIDA.

SHOULD ANY INTERESTED PARTY SEEK TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE TOWN
COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, SAID
PARTY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, MAY
NEED TO INSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH
RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO

MINUTES OF THE CERTIFICATION OF ELECTION RETURNS MEETING HELD BY THE
TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 17, 2006 AT
NOON, IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF THE TOWN HALL, 100 SEA ROAD, GULF
STREAM, FLORIDA.
I. Call to Order. Mayor Koch called the meeting to order at
12:03 P.M.

III. Certification of Election Results. The Town Clerk announced that
only the incumbent Commissioners had qualified for candidacy,
resulting in no election being held and the incumbents, Muriel Anderson
and Chris Wheeler, being elected to complete the remaining two years of
the three year terms of Robert Hopkins and William Lynch.
Commissioner Orthwein moved and Commissioner Devitt seconded to certify
the results as presented by the Clerk. Roll Call: Comm. Orthwein; AYE,
Comm. Devitt; AYE, Comm. Anderson; AYE, Commissioner Wheeler; AYE, and
Mayor Koch; AYE.
IV. Seating of 2 Commissioners. The results of the election having
been certified, Muriel J. Anderson and Chris D. Wheeler were
Seated on the Commission.
V. Swearing in of the Commissioners. The Town Clerk administered
the Oath of Office to Muriel J. Anderson and Chris D. Wheeler.
VI. Adjournment. Mayor Koch adjourned the meeting at 12:10 P.M.
