Thereupon it was moved by Geelan abd seconded by Hoff that the riles requiring the reading of ordinances on three different days be dispenses with, and that ordinance No 44 be read twice b title and the third time in full, and placed upon its final passage. Upon roll call the vote upon the motion was Ays Williams Geelan, Hoff McCall total Ays 4 Nays none Peabody being absent and not voting and so the mothin was carried. Whereupon Ordinance No 44 was read twice by title and the third time in full and placed upon its final passage. Roll call showed as follows Ays Williams Geelan Hoff and McCall total Ays 4 Nays none Peabody absent and not voting and so Ordinance No 44 Regulating dances and dancing providing for the licensing of dances and dance halls, and providing a penalty for the violation of this ordinance was passed. The title was read and approved, and the ordinance No 44 was ordered published according to law. Motion by Geelan and seconded by Hoff that meeting; be adjourned.
