Motion by Geelan seconded bar Hoff that T F Bennett be permitted
to rebuild power line on streets instead of alleys, lotion Carried.
Ordinance No_~E~~; was introduced and considered whereupon. it
was moved by Geel~n and seconded by Hoff that the rules re,~uiring the
reading of ordinances ef~ three different da~rs be dispensed with and
and that ordinance No~~6 be read twice by title and the third time in
full and ~la.ced oppen it final pas sage. Upon roll call u~ppon the motion

was carried.
