Peabody that the rules re uiring the rerxding of ordinances on three
different days be dispense with and that ordinance No 4~7 be read twice
by title and the third time in full and placed upon its final
passage, Upon Roll Call vote upon the.motzon was Ays `Peabod
Geelan Hoff Nays None McCall and V~'illiams being absent and no~ voting,
and so the motion was carried.
rihereupon Ordinance No 47 was read by title twice and the third
time in full and placed upon its final passage.. Roll call ~[ays

voting,and so ordinance No 47 approved Ordinance saber ~'l was ordered
