RESOLUTION 7 -2014
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY FOR ENVIRONMENTAL
RESTRICTIVE COVENANT (ERC)
WHEREAS, The Richmond Sanitary District (RSD) of the City of Richmond, Indiana has remediated
an area upon its grounds which was the site of the release of a petroleum product, and the
subject of Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) case LUST
199905528; and
WHEREAS, RSD has agreed to execute and record an Environmental Restrictive Covenant (ERC)
with regard to such affected area, as part of such remediation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Richmond
Sanitary District of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that:
William Harris, Director, Richmond Department of Sanitation, is hereby authorized to
execute and record the Environmental Restrictive Covenant attached hereto and
otherwise act as the authorized representative of the Richmond Sanitary District and the
City of Richmond in connection with IDEM LUST # 199905528.
