MEDINA CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 13, 1995
The City Council of Medina, Minnesota held a special meeting on November 13, 1995,
at 7:00 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Anne Theis presided.
Members present: John Ferris, Ann Thies, Phil Zietlow, and Mayor Theis.
Members absent: Jim Johnson.
Also present: Public Works Director Jim Dillman, Zoning Administrator Loren Kohnen,
City Attorneys Ron Batty and Jim Thomson, and Clerk -Treasurer Jeff Karlson.
1. Executive Session -- MCWD v. City of Medina
Ron Batty announced that the purpose of the closed special meeting was to discuss
litigation in the matter of Minnehaha Creek Watershed District v. City of Medina on the
basis of attorney -client privilege.
2. Adjournment
MOVED BY THIES, SECONDED BY ZIETLOW, TO ADJOURN THE MEETING AT
7:33 A.M. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.
