WHEREAS, The Board of Sanitary Corn-niissioners of the Riclunond Sanitary District
adopted a budget for calendar year 2014; and
WFIEREAS, it has been detern-ii tied it is now necessary to transfer money Evorn one
major budget classification to another within a dcpartnient or office; and
WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total
amount Set out in the original budget; and
WIJEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice
and without the approval of the Department of Local Government
.Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Sanitary Conim i ssio tiers of
the Richmond Sanitary District that the 2014 budget be amended as follows:
A. Sewer Utility
Delete $250,000 from Treatment Plant Equipment
Account number 680.38.306.137,000.4413
1 Add $250,000 to Other Land Application- Bic, Solids
Account number 680,38,303.137.000.3180
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of August, 2014.
