Wm.Deinhard was appointed Chairman Pro- Tem.
Clerk instructed by Board to notify the Marshal To
collect Lance Hall Leisence or close the hail untill
same is paid.
Ordinance No. 49 was introduced and con4idered.
Whereupon it was moved by Coski and seconded by Page
that the rulesrequiringthe reading og ordinances on
threedifferent days be dispensed with and that ordinance
No.49be read twice by title and the third time in full and
placed upon itsfinal passage. Upon roll call the motion was
as follows. Page,Aye. Coski,AYe,McCall,Aye, Ueinhard,Aye.
Nays.none,Peabody being absent and not voting and so the
motion carried.
Whereupon Ordinance No.49. Anannal appropriation Bill was
read twice by title and the third time infull and placed
upon its final passage. On roll call the vote was as follows
McCa1l,Aye, beinhard Aye. Coski Aye.Page,Nay Total Ayes 3
Nays 1. Peabodybeing absent and not voting,and so ordinance
No.49 was approved and passed. Brdinance. No.49was ordered
published in the Payette Lake Star according to law.
