WHEREAS, it appears that the procedures set forth in the Zoning code relating to zoning have in all matters been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from C-2 General Commercial to MU -1 Mixed Use. Part of Inlot No. 823, In The City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Inlot, which point is 4 feet 6 inches westerly from the southeasterly corner thereof; thence northerly parallel with the easterly line thereof, 54 feet 9 inches; thence westerly parallel with Dunklin Street, 41 feet 6 inches; thence southerly parallel with Madison Street, 54 feet 9 inches, to the southerly line of said Inlot; thence easterly parallel with Dunklin Street, and along the southerly line of said Inlot, 41 feet 6 inches, to the point of beginning. Containing 0.05 acres, more or less. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
