Motion by Coski and second by Deinhard that the Village start
condemnation proceedings to open Lake Street between the
Deinhard propertyon the south and the H.T.Hoff property on the
north;(Now occupied by the Hoff & Brown Tie & Lumber Co. )
Motion carried .The Clerk instructed to employ Atty. R.H.
Johnson of Boise to draft the necessary papers and start proceedings
at once. On motion the meeting elmsed, subject to call of the
Chair. 1
