A. MoDOT Unfunded Needs
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and recommendation to the Board of Directors.
Staff Report: Staff are initiating discussion regarding transportation project priorities to be submitted to
MoDOT in the upcoming Unfunded Needs planning process.
7. New Business
A. TIP Amendment #1 of 2023-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) - MoDOT
Action Requested: Review and discussion, recommendation to the CAMPO Board of Directors for
approval, and open a seven-day comment period.
Staff Report: The amendment consists of changes to TIP projects #2020-16 and #2011-04:
• TIP #2020-16 (MoDOT #CD0126, formerly #5S3369) Updating Pedestrian Facilities
$1,584,000 in Programmed Funds
The original district-wide project has been broken into smaller projects. The amendment includes
changes to the project scope, program years, and programmed funding
• TIP #2011-04 JEFFTRAN Operating Assistance
$17,604,521 in Programmed Funds
The amendment includes a change in federal and state funding allocations for operating assistance.
