RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
HVAC - FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") has previously solicited bids
for HVAC at the Borough's Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said request, no bids were received; and
WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous to re-bids were received; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Borough's Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to re-
bid for HVAC for the Borough's Fire Department.
Adopted this 16th day of August, 2001 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
August 17th, 2001.
