II. MAYOR AND COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REPORTS
Councilman VanKomen asked that the Council take up the

proposal presented by KeyCorp Leasing. The purchase of a
loader, a pick-up truck cab and chassis, and additional
equipment sheds were the items to be acquired by this
arrangement. After discussion, VanKomen moved to accept
the KeyCorp Leasing Ltd. lease-purchase financing package.
Larson seconded and the motion carried. VanKomen then moved

with 10 semi-annual installment payments. McCarty seconded
and the motion carried unanimously.
IV. WATER RATE STUDY

and the revenue required for funding a new treatment
