ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 107 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret ("Borough") as follows: Section 1. Chapter 107 of the Code of the Borough of Carteret is hereby amended and supplemented in its entirety to delete Section 107- 3A and replace the same with the following; the balance of said chapter shall remain unchanged. 107.3 Security deposit; fees. A. Each person wishing to reserve the community center for a non-Borough sponsored event or program shall post a two hundred to four hundred dollars ($200.00 to $400.00) application fee with the Construction Code Office. One hundred to two hundred fiftydollars ($100.00 to $250.00) of said fee shall constitute a refundable security deposit as provided for therein. Said amounts shall be set by resolution ofthe Borough Council. Section 2. All Ordinances and/or provisions thereof-inconsistent wit the provisions ofthis Ordinance shall be and are hereby repealed as to extent of any such inconsistencies. Section 3. If any section, subsection, part, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the section, subsection part, clause, or phrase shall be deemed to be severable from the remainder of this Ordinance.
