SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 6, 1993
MINUTES
I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL:
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 12 noon and
announced the purpose of the meeting which was to make
appointments to the City Planning and Zoning Commission.
Councilmen VanKomen, Larson, Wallace and LeBrett answered the
roll call. The Mayor declared a quorum present.
II. ACCEPTANCE OF RESIGNATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS TO CITY PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The Mayor asked for a motion to accept the resignations of
Gary Ertter and Mike Anderson from the City Planning and Zoning
Commission. VanKomen moved to accept the resignations. Larson
seconded and the motion carried.
The Mayor then nominated Richard McChrystal and Jack Marshal
to fill those vacancies. VanKomen moved to confirm the
nominations as presented. LeBrett seconded and the motion carried
unanimously.
III. ADJOURNMENT:
Wallace moved to adjourn at 12:07 p.m. VanKomen seconded and
the motion carried.
