A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE TIFFIN PARKS AND RECREATION
IMPROVEMENT PLAN — PHASE 1 PROJECT
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin is set to award a bid for the Tiffin Park
and Recreation Improvement Plan — Phase 1 Project; and,
Whereas, the City Council must first approve the plans, specifications, form of contract
and estimate of cost for the project,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Tiffin Parks and
Recreation Improvement Plan — Phase 1 Project be approved with the approval of this
resolution.
On the 5th day of April, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-023, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COST FOR THE TIFFIN PARKS AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENT PLAN —
PHASE 1 PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Kahler, Upton, Bartels, Havens.
Nays: None
Absent: Ryan.
Whereupon Four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2016-023, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
TIFFIN PARKS AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENT PLAN — PHASE 1 PROJECT to
be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 5th day of April, 2016.
