NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows: 1. The proposal of McGuire Associates for the specialized appraisal and consultation services in connection with the appraisal of real property located at 35 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey in the total amount not to exceed $2,500.00 is hereby approved; 2. Annexed hereto is a copy of said proposal; 3. This action is approved as an award of a professional services contract.
