RESOLUTION APPOINTING A TAX ASSESSOR
WHEREAS, NJ.S.A. 40A:9-146 provides for the appointment ofa Tax Assessor
for each municipality in the State of New Jersey; and
'VHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:O-148.l provides that the Municipal Tax Assessor
shall hold a Tax Asséssor Certification provided for in NJ.S.A. 54:1.35.25 et.
seq.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
CHARLES HECK
be and is hereby is appointed Tax Assessor, effective immediately.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Assessor be compensated at the
annual rate of$25,000.00. .'
