A. TIP Amendment #1 of 2023-2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) - MoDOT
Action Requested: Closure of public comment period Review, discussion, and approval.
Staff Report: The amendment consists of changes to the following two existing projects:
• TIP #2020-16 (formerly #5S3369) Updating Pedestrian Facilities
• TIP #2011-04 JEFFTRAN Operating Assistance
A seven-day public comment period was opened by the CAMPO Technical Committee on August 8th,
2022. Staff is seeking approval by the Board of Directors. More detail is provided in the staff report.
B. Illustrative List Priorities
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and approval.
Staff Report: The Technical Committee has reviewed and recommended changes to the Illustrative list and
CAMPO area transportation priorities in anticipation of upcoming MoDOT unfunded needs discussions.
C. MoDOT Unfunded Needs
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and approval.
Staff Report: The Technical Committee has reviewed and recommended a ranked list of priority projects to be
submitted to MoDOT in the upcoming Unfunded Needs planning process.
D. Safety Action Plan – USDOT Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant
Action Requested: Review and discussion.
Staff Report: In May, the Board of Directors requested staff look into an application for SS4A Funds to
develop a Safety Action Plan. The Technical Committee has recommended pursuing an application.
Applications are due September 15th, 2022 and require a 20% local match of approximately $40,000.
