MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
July 25, 1994
I. Call to Order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM July 25, 1994 by Mayor
Martens. Killen, Martens, Colton and Arp answered the roll call. The Mayor declared that a quorum was present.
Mr. Eckhardt arrived at 4:25 PM.
II. Notice of Meeting - Cascade Reservoir Coordination Committee. The Council noted a notice of
meeting of the Cascade Reservoir Coordination Committee. After confirming that Ted Whiteman of Payette Lakes
Water and Sewer District would attend on behalf of the City, the Council took no action.
III. Discussion of Water Revenue Bond Issuance. The Council heard a report from Bob Hildeman, vice-
president for Public Finance, West One Bank regarding the financial information to be included in the Official
Statement for the Bond Sale. The Council discussed the assumptions upon which the financial information is
based, water meters, rate structure and construction scheduling, but took no action. The Council noted that this
matter would be returned on the August 25 agenda for formal action.
IV. Adjournment. Without further business, Colton moved to adjourn. Killen seconded and the motion
carried.
