McCall City Council
Special Meeting
August 15,1994
I. Call to Order and Roll Call. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Martens at 12:00 Noon.
Martens, Killen, Colton and Arp answered the roll call. Eckhardt was absent. The Mayor declared that a
quorum was present.
II. Budget Discussion. The Council reviewed the property tax rates of prior years and their effect on current
market values, other review and personnel assumptions. The Council then reviewed the budget proposals
of the Mayor and Council, Finance and Administration, City Attorney, Planning and Zoning and Building
Maintenance Departments.
By consensus, the Council agreed to meet again at 4:00 PM Friday, August 19, 1994 and at 12:00 Noon
Monday August 22, 1994 to further discuss the budget.
III. Adjournment. At 2:30 PM, Martens moved to adjourn. Killen seconded and the motion carried. The
Council adjourned.
