RESOLUTION NO. 93-3282
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE TEMPLE CITY
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR REIMBURSEMENT
OF ITS SALES AND USE TAXES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency ") intends to adopt
a Sales and Use Tax Ordinance in accordance with Section 7202.6 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of
the State of California with respect to its Rosemead Boulevard Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to reimburse the City of Temple City (the "City") for any of such
taxes which are not needed to pay Agency obligations; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this City Council a form of agreement to implement said
reimbursement and this City Council now desires to approve the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby approves the Agreement
Regarding Reimbursement of Sales and Use Taxes and Transfer of Appropriations Limit, in the form on
file with the City Clerk, and hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said
agreement and to deliver the same, with such changes and revisions as shall be recommended by Bond
Counsel and approved by the City Manager, said execution to be conclusive evidence of such approval.
SECTION 1. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and enter
it into the book of original resolutions.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 16th day of November, 1993.

Council of the City of Temple City at a special meeting held on the 16th of November, 1993, by the
following vote:
