McCall City Council
Special Meeting
Monday, December 5, 1994
L Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM. Mrs. Arp and Messrs. Colton, Martens, Killen and
Eckhardt answered the roll call. The mayor declared that a quorum was present. Staff members present
were City Manager Shimun, City Attorney Burton and City Clerk/Treasurer Henderson.
Long Range Planning
The council continued its discussion. Mr. Shimun distributed department surveys prepared by department
heads. The council, by consensus, decided to review a few of these with the department heads themselves
and requested that the Public Works director be present at the next long range planning meeting at 11:30
AM, January 9, 1995. The City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk/Treasurer departments will also
be reviewed at that time.
IH. Other Discussion
The council discussed the sign ordinance listed on the agenda for December 12, 1994.
The council requested that the Public Works Director be present at the December 12 meeting to discuss
snow removal.
The council requested that a discussion of impounding snowmobiles found to be operated by underage
operators be placed on the December 22, 1994 agenda.
IV. Adjournment
Without further business, Mr. Eckhardt moved to adjourn. Mr. Martens seconded and the motion carried.
The council adjourned at 1:00 PM.
