McCall City Council
Special Call Meeting
Monday, February 6, 1995
Call to Order and Roll Call
1. The meeting was called to order at 11:30 AM.
2. Messrs. Colton and Martens and Mrs. Arp answered the roll call. The mayor declared that a quorum was
present. Staff members present were City Manager Shimun, City Attorney Burton and City Clerk/Treasurer
Henderson.
Auditors Report
3. Jae Hallet, a partner of the firm Balukoff Lindstrom & Co. presented a report of the audit of the city's
financial statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1995. Mr. Hallett also reviewed the management
letter outlining weaknesses in the control systems.
Adjournment
4. Without further business, Mr. Martens moved to adjourn. Mr. Colton seconded and the motion carried.
The council adjourned at 1:00 PM.
