McCall City Council
Special Call Meeting
Monday, June 12, 1995
Call to Order and Roll Call
1. The meeting was called to order by Council President FAllen at 11:35 AM.
Messrs. FAllen, Eckhardt, Colton and Mrs. Arp answered the roll call. Staff members present
were City Manager Shimun, City Attorney Burton, City Clerk-Treasurer Henderson and
Librarian Gloria Cantrell.
Long Range Planning
Mrs. Cantrell made a presentation outlining the Library's objectives and needs for the future.
Remodeling facilities and more space were discussed as the most critical issues. There was also
discussion of nonresident library card fees.
Performance Evaluation - City Attorney
Mr. Shimun provided a written report showing the pro's and con's of full time counsel versus
contract counsel. Each council member reported on their findings from discussions in the
community. Mr. FAllen reviewed the Job Description for the position. The council agreed to
meet on June 26, 1995 to complete the evaluation.
Adjournment
5. There being no further business, Mr. Colton moved to adjourn. Mrs. Atp seconded and the
motion carried unanimously. The council adjourned ~1~0 PM.
